HOW TO USE:

Customize the Length of the ruler to the size of the wound. Five Rulers in one.

Select a ruler longer than the wound.

Tear the desired length along the perforated lines.

Tear down the length, removing all the smaller bars.

Remove the ruler from the backing.

Apply ruler next to the wound

Apply the stick figure to align the wound

Fill out the note label (ultra fine-tip permanent marker works best), and apply next to ruler.

Apply the right/left and location tabs to the note label.
