KISS Healthcare, KISS System Shipping Policy

KISS Healthcare offers shipping both domestically and internationally.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders shipping within the U.S., we use the following carriers:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

For international orders shipping outside the U.S. and Canada:

  • Wire Transfer Required: Orders shipping outside the USA and Canada must be prepaid via wire transfer.
  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days (supports prepaid duties and taxes; delivery times may vary by destination and customs clearance)

Processing Time

All in-stock items ship within 7 business days. For expedited delivery of in-stock items or for custom orders, please contact our customer service team at (909) 632-1361 to discuss delivery time options and shipping charges.

Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are based on carrier estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. International delivery times may be longer and are subject to customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. For international shipments, duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout where supported. Otherwise, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions or limitations.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
